With every new client we offer a no obligation, FREE trial run and consultation. Think of it as a meet and greet where you can get better acquainted with your runner, ask any questions and state all your concerns. It also gives our runners a chance to get to know your dog better, and they can provide a thorough explanation of what they believe your dog needs and what plan would work best.
What happens next?

Once the meet up is finished, we will help you set up a solid routine or even an as needed appointment schedule. Your runner will arrive at the pickup location at the designated time slot. If the dog is home alone the runner will have access to either a code, a lockbox, or spare key. The dog is leashed, and exercise begins!

Once the session has concluded, your runner will make sure the dog has had multiple bathroom breaks if needed, and that they have sufficient food and water. They will make sure the house is left in the condition it was entered or better, in case there are pooch messes to clean up! And we always leave a couple minutes at the end for plenty

You will also receive a text or email following the session with all the details of what transpired, sometimes even with a cute picture!
