Job Description:
We are dog runners, specializing in K9 fitness and well-being. It's our job to exercise our dogs while helping with energy and anxiety management, all while keeping proper leash behavior in mind. Pay is per session, ranging from $11 up to $32. Minimum you can make is $23/hr., with opportunity for raises, bonuses, and gas reimbursement. Work is mostly mornings, however we have runs all day long with opportunities for extra pay through house sittings. House sitting is $70 per day.
Requirements and Expectations:
• Must be capable of a nine-minute/mile pace (jog) for upwards of 30 minutes as that makes up a vast majority of our sessions.
• Responsible for your safety as well as the dog's while on a run. That means being able to pay attention to not only your dog, but your surroundings as well.
• While a dog is on leash, you represent Who's Walking Who, and are therefore required to dress and act appropriately in accordance with our standards. Uniforms and proper equipment will be provided.
• We operate in 2 hour time slots. You're expected to be at the client's location within that window and have your run started. Ideally as close to their requested time as possible. The earlier the better during summer months.
• We run all year round, with exceptions for extreme weather. We also work holidays in which holiday pay is provided. 2 week notice for time off requests is preferred.
• Recording and filling out reports via Strava.

As part of the interview process you will also be required to submit a run using whatever recording app you choose. We recommend Strava since it is what we already use!
